Amazing customer service with quick responses. Class B keeps you updated along every step of the ordering process. If you call them, they answer the phone right away and have friendly staff who are able to answer all questions. The design team is outstanding and created a unique patch for us. Highly recommend this company and will definitely order from Class B again and again.

don't like the system for making art work. it's clunky and not user friendly. But your people are amazing and helped me fix the issue I could not with your system.

Design tool on site and site in general is a bit buggy. Interactions need better UX QA and debugging. Design tool I ran into a couple of issues with that were alleviated by using a different browser or closing / reopening tool. Over all i was able to get it to work and figure everything out, but some remediation of site function would be beneficial for UX.

Working to organize and buy shirts for a whole bunch of kids and their parents can be a CHORE! However, ClassB makes it so much easier. They cut out the hassle. It is super easy to find designs and customize them to our organization. It is super easy to place the order too. This was my second order with them and both times were stellar experiences. This order was even better because I received an email from the worker handling my order and he realized I could have ordered a different way to save money… so he did that for me! It was awesome! Saved me a significant amount on my bill and even got them to my door a week faster than I had hoped!

They have their system streamlined and they know their business. Every interaction has been easy and professional. I couldn’t speak more highly of them. I send all my people their way for shirts!

Thanks ClassB for making a chore much less of a hassle! :)
