Can I mix different styles or colors of garments for embroidery?
September 10, 2010

Yes, definitely!

We encourage you to order exactly the styles and colors you want. For embroidery, you can mix and match garments like royal blue polos and gold caps or green fleeces and black T-shirts. You can mix styles of garments to reach the next quantity price break.

Note: An Embroidery order can not be mixed with a Screen Printing order.

Can I use particular ink colors on some of my garments and other colors of inks on the rest?
September 10, 2010

No, the ink color(s) must stay the same for a single order.

We can print your design on different colors of shirts as long as the ink color remains the same. You can still separate the leaders from the pack members or the captains from the players!

If you need some shirts to have Royal Blue ink and some shirts to have Gold ink, we consider those two completely separate orders. Those two orders can not be combined for quantity discounts.

Can I mix different styles and colors of garments for screen printing?
September 10, 2010

Yes, you can mix styles, and colors in any amounts, as long as the ink color(s), ink type, and design remain the same.

You are not required to order garments in even dozens, by size, style or color. You can mix and match as few as one each of a particular style and color. The total number of garments will determine your quantity pricing for each item. For example, if you ordered the mix of shirts below, each item would be priced at the 40 piece price break for each type of garment:

25 Adult Large, 10 Adult Medium Royal Blue t-shirts 2 Youth Large, 2 Adult 3X Large Navy Blue crew-neck sweatshirts 1 Adult Small Black long sleeve t-shirt

It is good to order similar garments colors because the ink color(s) will react differently on different styles and colors of garments. The 100% cotton garments will make the ink look brighter than on the 50/50 blend garments.

We will not be able change the ink color for the different style of garments, for example, if you need some shirts to have Royal Blue ink and some shirts to have a a Gold ink, we consider those two completely separate orders. Those two orders cannot be combined for quantity discounts.

Can I mix caps and shirts to get the quantity pricing?
September 10, 2010

Only if the shirts are embroidered with the same design. Keep in mind that the design will be formatted to fit within the smaller design space available on the caps.

We produce your cap order with a completely different method than a screen printed T-shirt order. This unique set-up procedure makes it impossible for caps to be mixed in with screen printing garments.

You can combine embroidered garments with other embroidered garments to get a bigger quantity price break. For more information on our embroidered garments, visit this link Custom Embroidery from ClassB.com .

What size will the design be on my t-shirts?
September 10, 2010

There are different maximum sizes we use depending on the range of garment sizes and type of garments you are ordering. The size of your design will be shown on your proof.

The design stays the same size across all garments. We try to stretch the design as big as possible on your smallest garment. If you order a mix of Youth and Adult sizes then the design will “look” larger on the small shirts and smaller on the large shirts, even though the design stays the same size.

Some garments have a naturally smaller imprint area.   Youth hooded sweatshirts, for example, can not be printed with a vertical design on the front.  Call or email today for assistance if your order includes t-shirts and youth hoodies.

How can I guarantee that my t-shirts will be a specific color?
September 10, 2010

Accurate color matching on the internet is nearly impossible and we cannot guarantee garment or decoration colors to match any color seen on the internet.

Computer monitors, even from the same manufacturer, can show dramatically different colors. Your monitor doesn’t match our monitors and neither matches reality. So an accurate color proof is impossible.

Garments are dyed in batches and manufactured in many different locations around the world. Different sizes of the same color may be made at completely different facilities. Because of this, garment colors may vary within an order.

To help select the garment color, you may request up to 4 color swatch cards. Visit this link to look at the color options we have available and request color swatch cards B110 100% Cotton Heavyweight T-Shirts from ClassB.com

My art is approved, when will I receive my order?
September 10, 2010

Your order will arrive on the scheduled date.   You can find the scheduled date on the order acknowledgement that was emailed to you.

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department with a tracking number(s) and a link for the carrier.

Will I get to see my embroidered design sewn on fabric before production?
September 10, 2010

Yes!

Your embroidery will be sewn on a fabric swatch that is similar in color and texture to your ordered goods, you will be able to view it on the artwork proof page. It will not be exact and is only intended to show the embroidery, not the final product.

Embroidery is an imprecise art and there is some variation in how the embroidery looks from garment to garment. The threads which make up the design don’t always fall in the exact place, but we do the best we can to match the approved design onto your embroidered garments.

How much time do I have to approve my artwork without delaying my order?
September 10, 2010

Your proof should be approved as soon as possible!

When you need to make changes or adjustments, it may take our artist up to one business day to make that change for our Standard Service. If your art has not been approved within 3 business days of the order date, your order may be delayed.

For Rush orders, your artwork is usually available the same day you place your order, and should be approved within one business day so your order will not get delayed.

Reorders using the same design from a past order do not go through a proofing process.  We use the same art file from the previous order so you can be sure the art will match!

Many of our repeat customers enjoy the opportunity to work with our experienced art department and will order early (by a week or more) so that exploring different ideas won’t delay their order. If you’d like to be able to see different ways of interpreting your artwork, you should order early, we’d love to work with you!
