I just wanted to let you know that you have a great staff there at ClassB. I was VERY impressed with the ownership that ClassB employees took with my order. When I did not return emails asking about the artwork, ClassB employees took initiative and called me ensure that I was aware of the proofs and informed me that the artwork was ready for my review. After the initial review there was one change that needed to be implemented and they did so seamlessly.
