Can I check on the shipping status of my order?

Yes, you can see the current status of your order by signing in to the site with your current email address and a password.

1. Once signed into your account, click on the My Tickets tab
2. You will see your current work order number, and a View link 
3. Once inside your work order, you can see your shipping information on the right.  This will include tracking information if available

 

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email from our shipping department with your tracking number(s) and a link from our carrier, to track your package. You can also give us a call. Your order isn’t finished until you have received it and are satisfied!
