Sure, people need to know the inflexibility of customer service. " If you place an order and it is incorrect- it will not be fixed unless you pay more shirit than the orginal order- dissasafied customer and girl scout leader that does not recommend"

As a repeat customer, our troop appreciates the seamless process of reordering. My frist phone call to your customer service center was handled by a woman and she was not friendly. The second time I called I got Michael and HE WAS WONDERFUL!!! Give that guy an A+ rating, a raise and a promotion (if he wants one.) Because of him I will use your site again.
He totally turned my attitude around AND we got great looking shirts as well.
