Customer service was professional and responsive. The artwork was great, too. Everyone loved the patch to commemorate our Blue & Gold. The one thing I was NOT happy about was the fact that the patches were manufactured overseas. I was even more unhappy to see the packing slip with the actual cost from the overseas manufacturer, which showed that 75 patches were made at a cost of 0.76 cents per patch (especially since I paid $3.53 per patch)! We are a small Cub Scout Pack with a modest budget - I get that there’s shipping costs and other fees to cover the design and customer service (aside from the politics of outsourcing manufacturing in the USA), but the pricing is exorbitant and puts a strain on Packs trying to reward their scouts with patches and regalia typical of scouting. For the price I paid, it should have been USA made. So disappointing.

I've been involved with Scouting for over 38 years and I manage a Privately owned BSA Council like shop. And I carry and special order everything a Council Scout store carry.
Use Class B for all my personal needs and special order for my customers.
Art work, embroidery and customer service is outstanding.

I worked with the account manager Diana. She did an amazing job getting in touch with me and working through some issues, like being out of a particular T-shirt that was requested. She also made sure we still got our order in time for our troop to go to camp. The designs that are available for Troops to pick gave the scouts plenty of options. Wonderful customer service!

Okay - let me start by saying, as an event planner, I order custom gear all the time - from every type of vendor - and I have never had a better customer service experience. I thought I’d waited way too long to order the shirts for my son’s Philmont camping trip this summer and I was prepared to pay a lot for expedited shipping. I chatted online with ClassB and realized I had plenty of time! From order to in hand (with FREE shipping) was about a week! I used two of the preset designs and customized them VERY EASILY with our troop number and location. Once I placed the order, I heard from a customer service agent within minutes. She provided a single contact throughout the printing and shipping process. She assured that I had the correct information (like Trek and Itinerary Numbers) and that my custom design would actually “look right” when it got here. (I did not have time to make a mistake!) She was one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever had the joy of working with. Both of my shirts arrived in hand within 2 weeks and they will be ready for distribution at the shakedown. I will ABSOLUTELY be using ClassB in the future for not only Scout shirts, but also for other shirts we need for other events and projects. THANK YOU CLASSB FOR MAKING ME LOOK SOOOO GOOD!!!
