From start to finish, I've had an EXCELLENT experience. Your attention to detail was awesome. Several of my family members used your services on my recommendation and when I placed my order, not 5 minutes after I had completed my online order, someone called to personally confirm that my order wasn't a duplicate of their order. I loved every part of the process, including the little gift and the thank you card. Customer service is the key to any business and judging by the level of customer service you guys maintain, you should be in business for a LONG time!!! You certainly have captured my business. Our unit really appreciate the hard work that was done to produce our Class B shirts. We've had an increase in our Cub Scout numbers since our last order (two years ago).This was our second time ordering and we were very satisfied with our order as well as the ability to use our same design. I was told that the youth sizes ran small,However be careful: They also ran short in the length. The youth small is more like a toddlers 3T/4T! When you order the 50/50 T-shirts think of youth medium equal to a regual youth small, youth large equal to a regular youth medium and adult small equal to a regular youth large. The adult sizes were fine. Shirt quality was good and the design was great. The customer service person was very nice. Shirts came early and that was a great surprise!

All the boys love the new designs and even some of the older patrols are looking at ordering newer patches. We also ordered shirts for the boys, they like them so much they are wearing them to school. Since then pack 406 has had several new scouts join, and we are having to order more. Your products and service are very high quality and cost effective. Thanks for helping make scouting fun again.
