Overall, my experience with ClassB was both professional and efficient. The t-shirts that I ordered were of the highest quality and arrived a week earlier than the original estimate I was given when I placed my order. I was kept well abreast of the progress that was made throughout the order-shipping-receipt process via e-mail. Had great experience with Class B over past years, but this order got shipped without the print on the back of shirts. They sent a return shipping label, but all standard ground shipping. We are frustrated with the 10 business day delay
