The team at Class B is consistently amazing. Our troop has been getting our troop shirts from Calls B for over a decade and has consistently had a great experience with every single member of the Class B team. Even with the current COVID 19 challenges, the team did a great job and couldn't have done a better job. We wnet with polos for our leaders this year and everyone loves them. ClassB faced real challenges, none of which were their doing, in getting my patch order to me on time. Not the least of these was the COVID-19 pandemic! There were some BSA issues as well, which cost at least a couple of weeks of time. Yet my patches arrived only two days "late", which I view as a major victory. ClassB was great to work with. This was my first transaction with them and now I can't imagine going anywhere else for Scout patches.

My experience with Class B was “First Class” service. Started with initial contact and all the way through the final product. Emily was very patient, offered ideas and Emily’s professionalism was spot on. To be honest it was one of the reasons why I went with Class B over other competitors.
