Our shirts arrived as specified in my original order and everything was great. I just wanted to let you know that you have a great staff there at ClassB. I was VERY impressed with the ownership that ClassB employees took with my order. When I did not return emails asking about the artwork, ClassB employees took initiative and called me ensure that I was aware of the proofs and informed me that the artwork was ready for my review. After the initial review there was one change that needed to be implemented and they did so seamlessly. I was EXTREMELY happy with our shirts and not only will we use ClassB.com in the future but we will also recommend ClassB to others who are looking for high quality printed shirts.

The designer's at Class B were the best. We started with a basic design, modified it with some stock clip art and then after meeting with the Troop, the Scouts wanted the graphics altered a bit and the Designer's came through and matched the Scout's wich list!
Great job and they were patient through our extended Troop approval process on the final design.

The shirts were a size too small a large was really a medium and a Xl was really a large. But the ordering process from start to finish was flawless. The shirts were exactly as they appeared on the proof.

ClassB did a wonderful job working with us on our design. The artist was quick to respond with a proof once we submitted our order and we were able to give feedback directly to the artist. We had some minor changes to the design shading made based on a difference that the online tool showed to what the artisit's production proof showed. The artist made the change and a new proof was sent out the next day for my approval. I would recommend ClassB and their parent company to anyone or group that would like to order t-shirts.

What a GREAT experience! The artist worked with me to develop a very appealing design (the jpeg I had wouldn't work, so she created one that would from scratch--and the cost for that design work was included in the regular price). Everyone with whom I dealt was extremely friendly and helpful. THIS is what customer service should be at every company.
