The only concern that I have is the shipping time. It takes appoximately 3 weeks to receive the products. Otherwise, the staff is very professional and accomodating as much as possible. They explained that the actual product comes from the West Coast and is shipped to Florida for printing. It's a shame that there's no way to decrease the shipping time by having a printing place on the West Coast.

The team mom purchased sweatshirts for my sons football team. Two months have passed and the season is over and the parents have yet to receive the shirts. The company mislead us on the time frame stating a two week turn around for priority shipping. Because of the companies negligence the parents were unable to show unified support for the team as well as their individual child. Pre-planned events and picture opportunities were also missed. This order was placed for a military youth organization which would have been a tremendous business opportunity since we are always looking for outstanding business's to promote. Unfortunately this business has fallen short.

This was a super easy process. Online designing, ordering, quote, shipping estimate...all really great. And then how organized the order was (triple-checked before being shipped) and came on the exact day it was estimated. Got a cute thank you card in the mail before the order was due to be shipped, a nice thank you card in the actual order, and a cute bonus stuffed animal (oops - gave away all the surprises!).
