I have to tell you that I am a connoisseur of good service and your company is the finest example of a well organized, customer and quality focused organization that I've encountered in a very long time.
I was a quality improvement process facilitator at a large multinational corporation several years ago and their quality statement was "We will meet the needs and expectations of our customers, both internal and external, the first time and every time." You have certainly accomplished the external part and judging from my contact with your artist, customer service, and shipping folks, I suspect you take care of internal customers just as well. We were completely satisfied with the shirts for our troop. We paid virtually the same price to our local vendor and only got an emblem over the left pocket area. The boys were very excited when we passed them out. Also, ordering was easy and shipping was very prompt.

It was great to see how simple ClassB is to use. ClassB offers simple pricing policies and hundreds of different designs to fit every budget. Unlike other places I considered, there are no set up fees, no artwork fees, and no shipping charges. It made ordering for a larger group simple with no hidden fees to surprise you or your group.

ClassB is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with - for anything. I am a Cubmaster and an engineer by trade. I just got my third order from ClassB. all three were 100% correct and arrived by the date they promised.
It is refreshing to deal with people who are both very pleasent and also very professional. They understand Scouting and have an excellent process that ensures you get exactly what you want, when you need it. Then to further allay your fears, they have an online monitoring program with which you can follow your order as it progresses through the different stages of production and shipping. Very cool.
Basically, I enjoy working with people who seem to be happy and enjoy their job and also consistantly get the job done (done right and on time). ClassB is such a group of people.

I told the person taking my order that it was really important to get the shirt quickly. I asked for expedited shipping and offered to pay for FedEx. The shirt arrived two weeks after the date that I needed it!
