The site is easy enough to navigate, but I don't order often enough to remember all the nuances. For example, I forgot that I need to place an order before the graphics team gets involved. I also forgot that we can add to an order up until the time it is released for printing. Fortunately, Class B has some of the best customer service reps in the business world and they walk you through the steps one by one.

ClassB - THANK YOU for your INCREDIBLE patience and professionalism as my unit worked to process our designs, select our items and then move them to production. The final results are AMAZING - beautiful, custom-designed neckerchiefs that are now the envy of the council and the pride of our Scouts. Emily (our customer service representative) was a delight to work with, and as a whole our experience (which could have been bogged down by changing minds, multiple opinions and changing budgetary needs) was a surprisingly easy, almost effortless process that has brought us now nothing but joy and gratitude.
