Customer service is outstanding. I needed my shirts 1 day before the day they were due to be delivered, they could not accept "rush" orders, but my order was guaranteed to be there on the date I needed it and it actually arrived 3 full days before that. I cannot recommend them enough, they keep in touch with you, respond quickly to emails and answer phone calls! They are wonderful!!

This was my first experience ordering from ClassB and I will definitely be back!! Every step of this process from my initial access to the web site to checking my order when I received it was outstanding! I found the site easy to navigate. Design and product options were fantastic. It was very easy for me to customize my designs and select the clothing. Once I placed my order I was contacted by an Emily, my account rep, and she kept me posted on every step of the process. Her amazing level of customer service alone will bring me back to order again! The product arrived a day ahead of schedule and was complete and well packaged! We are looking forward to getting a group photo done in our new gear so that we can send it to Emily and the ClassB team. Thank you for one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time!
