The customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced. As a first time buyer I made many mistakes and had many questions. Staff members were helpful, insightful and great to work with. Emily was great to work with. Wonderful customer service and timely emails of information.

Your artwork review system was easy and got the job done. The finding and selection of images on shirts seems "archaic" and could be improved upon. For example, it would be nice to log in and "store" favorite shirts to come back and look at, otherwise I had to write down manually what shirts I was interested in.

All the information I needed was there, but the organization could use some improvement.
