Alex at ClassB was great to work with! We sent photos of what we were looking to do with the design. We made a couple of revisions to the design, and Alex was on it! Service was prompt, and shipment of our t-shirts and sweatshirts was fast. Our Troop is looking sharp now!

I am very pleased with Class B's customer service. Alex was very patient with all of the changes that I requested throughout the design process of our patrol patch. Class B are great communicators, and they are also extremely talented. The scouts in our patrol were very happy with their patch. The scout who drew the original design was very proud to see his design (enhanced, of course) on the final patch. One of them even gave them two thumbs up. Overall, we are all happy with the final product. Thank you very much for such a great experience and product.

I do not recall a BETTER experience in dealing with a company. I had a friend make a sketch, submitted it to ClassB with some photographs. Within 48 hours, they had an AWESOME design. I did ask for some tweaks to the lettering and 24 hours later, I was ready to committ.
