Alex Croft was amazing. She made very good suggestions on how to improve my design using less ink to keep the price affordable for my scouts. She was very responsive, and I was not disappointed! He suggestions really made our design pop, and we love it!!!!

Class B provides amazing customer service. I really appreciate all they do to provide the best service possible. For recent re-order for my troop, they helped me track down the previous order and made the re-order so easy. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Make your listing of thread colors more obvious and maybe add a tips/faq type page to help guide customers through the process.

There is no one that compares to Class B. We continualy come back to them to order our Troop t-shirts, sweatshirts, neckerchiefs, etc. Even when a design was no longer listed on their website, all it took was a phone call to confirm they could make more with that design.
