In this age of online ordering, it's sometimes hard to find "real" people to talk to who are actually helpful. The Customer Service Representatives at ClassB get an A+ from me! They are knowledgeable and helpful. The communication is excellent. They really care about their company and their customers.

A great big thank you to Jonah for putting our order together. He was right on top of the order and everything shipped out when they said it would. In fact we got it a day ahead of schedule. I was truly impressed that Class B, in a world where we are surrounded by poor customer service examples, has their representatives send out hand written thank you notes to their customers.
